Scott’s Thoughts
Mid-July always throws me off a bit. Summer feels like it’s racing by—halfway gone already—and I’m torn between enjoying what’s left and looking ahead to what’s coming. Baseball wrapped up for us, and while summer lacrosse is still going strong, it doesn’t have that same edge. My kids have been loving the city pool lately (we might as well live there at this point), but man—my office has felt like a sauna all week. I’ve seriously considered grading cards in the freezer.
News from the Shop:
This week brought in some really cool restocks and additions I think you’ll like. Rage fans—lots of higher-end stuff came in. Star Trek CCG got a nice boost too, with a few key cards back in stock that have been missing for a while. We also did a small restock for Middle-Earth, and added a ton of new inventory for WWE Raw Deal and VS System.
Two new games are hitting the site soon—Initial D (yep, the fast and furious-style racer) and Yu Yu Hakusho. Both should be up and ready by the end of the week, so keep an eye out if those are up your alley.
