Scott’s Thoughts
Man, you ever had one of those weeks where stuff just piles up faster than you can get to it? That’s where I’m at right now. We had a solid batch of new stock come in—tons of Lord of the Rings, Star Trek Sets, and Star Wars CCG singles. Haven’t even had time to process it all yet, but it’s here, and I’ll be getting it up on the site as soon as I can.
Oh, and we also picked up some Nintendo Switch games in a big collection of cards and games. Some are already up, others will be added soon. You know how it goes—we’re always buying, even when it’s stuff we don’t normally deal in. If it’s cool and collectible, we’re happy to add it to the mix.
Behind the scenes, I’ve been tackling some much-needed cleanup. I’ve got a bunch of boxes of various games that I’ll be putting up for cheap—think medium priority mail boxes stuffed with cards. If you like surprises, this is gonna be right up your alley. Probably going to be limited to US customers, though, just because of the shipping weight.
Outside of the card world, life is rolling along. My youngest just had baseball tryouts, so we’ll see which team he lands on. My daughter’s lacrosse season is already rolling, though they had one game snowed out (because of course they did). She’s really stepped up her game on defense this year, and it’s been a blast watching her play. And my oldest? He’s five weeks away from wrapping up his first year of college. Once he’s back for the summer? Oh man, things are going to get done around here. I might even let him sleep in… once or twice.
