I talked to a Star Wars player today that really got me excited for what’s coming next for CategoryOneGames. We are going to start selling Cubes, Top Tier Decks and a new Limited Format that the PC is working on.
These have all really energized me and got me excited to start working on building these and working on the site.
My job took me to Chicago and Houston in March for a week in each city. That traveling really took a lot out of me. I got home and filled orders and have been on top of filling orders immediately but have needed some recovery time with family and also mentally to decompress before really starting to work on CategoryOneGames again.
I have a lot of work to do for the website to get it to where I want it to be. Bellow is a list of what will be added to the site over the next little while.
- Japanese Premiere, ANH, Hoth and 2-Player added to the site.
- White Border ANH, Hoth and Dagobah added to the site.
- Reflections Gold.
- Commons/Uncommons from all sets added to inventory.
- Cube, Decks and Limited Format.
- Videos for Youtube.
- Star adding other games to the site.
One of the things I’m most excited about is making it easy for new players to get into the game. The Cube is going to go a long way in doing this. It is a way that a player base can hold events without people having to own cards or be actively involved in the game still. It is something that would draw former players in without having to be involved in the current meta.
The Limited Format has me really excited. There is going to be a pool of 150 LS and 150 DS cards that people will construct 60 card decks from. Every few months the PC is going to release new Packs that will add new cards and themes to the card pool. If you have played a Living Card Game before you will know how this works. This is something that has me really excited.
