This week saw a large Middle Earth collection hit the website on Monday. This was a few buy lists from the same person trading in some high end, NM condition, cards. They look great and if you need items to fill in your collection, these are worth picking up.
Exciting Updates on WWE Raw Deal and Lord of the Rings Collections
We’ve been hard at work processing two large collections: WWE Raw Deal and Lord of the Rings. Here’s a peek into what goes on behind the scenes before these cards hit the site.
First, we sort and organize each collection. For Lord of the Rings, we sort by set and then alphabetically. For WWE Raw Deal, the process involves sorting by card type and then alphabetically. We started with WWE Raw Deal and are now deep into sorting the Lord of the Rings collection.
Next up is grading, a crucial step to ensure the quality of our inventory. I personally grade all the cards, which requires time and a controlled environment to assess them accurately.
Once grading is complete, we add the cards to our inventory. This includes tracking the items added to ensure fair payment for the collection. The WWE collection is almost fully available on the site, with 95% of Wrestler’s cards now listed. Next up will be Actions, Maneuvers, Mid-Match cards, and more.
The Lord of the Rings collection is on deck for grading and will be added to the site soon. We’ve already seen that it’s a fantastic collection, and I’ve adjusted the purchase price accordingly to reflect its value.
